Chibi Steph Diaries- Part 1

                                Steph's diary entry 1

Dear diary,
                Today while out roaming the town streets to get some things for a play-date with one of my friends, I came to a stop to listen to some other kids I heard talking about something unusual.. A mansion in the woods that was "haunted". I was hiding behind a tree nearby them while I listened. When the kids left, I hurried to get to my friend's house. While there I couldn't take my mind off the mansion. I wanted to go there. So I did. When I headed home I got a few things and headed off to the woods.

                                     Mini story part 1

     Stephanie looked around the busy streets of her town while walking along. She was going to her friend's house for a play-date and wanted to get some things for the two of them. All alone, Stephanie looked as if she were lost in which she wasn't, she looked so different from everyone else. Her skin was pure gold as well as her hair. She has dark yellowish-golden eyes ,too. Steph hadn't mind it, some people would look at her in admiration and curiosity. It was nothing new to her ,though.
  
       "Hey did you hear about that haunted mansion in the woods?"

      "Yeah! I heard there were monsters and a bunch of creepy things in it!"
   
          Stephanie came to a halt, overhearing some other children nearby. She slid over behind an old oak tree and peered around the side to listen. What she had heard made her want to hear more. Her eyes gleamed with interest and admiration as the other youngin's chatted about the "haunted mansion". The younger golden girl felt shivers creep down her spine as she heard about monsters and spiders and blood.

           Time passed quickly and the others left. Stephanie ran off to her original destination at her friend's house with many things on her mind. Her friend surprisingly didn't question what took her so long and was just happy to see Steph. Steph was barely paying attention at all while the two girls played ,she just had too much on her mind. She wondered if the mansion was really real or if it was actually haunted. She demanded that she got answers. That's it. She decided what she would do. Stephanie was going to find the house herself and investigate.

           Later that evening Stephanie went home to pick up a few things before she went. She put on a hooded cloak-like thing to hide her identity from anyone still out in the streets and took a lantern with enough oil to last for at least an hour or so. She left her home and dashed for the woods so she can finally answer her questions.
